Can I start without a subscription?
Yes. The free version lets you log up to 20 flights and 20 simulator sessions; other record types have their own limits. Your existing data stays visible when you reach a limit.
What does Logbook 365 Pro include?
Pro expands your records, unlocks full PDF export and adds advanced statistics, FRMS, digital signatures, attachments and continuous sync across devices.
How are flight hours calculated?
Enter Out, Off, On and In times. The app calculates block and flight time and separates day and night components using solar data when appropriate.
Can I import an earlier logbook?
Yes. You can import from Excel (.xlsx), CSV and JSON. Free imports are limited to the first 20 items; Pro lets you import your full history.
Which formats can I export?
The app offers PDF logbook templates for different markets and exports data to Excel, CSV and JSON. In the free version, the PDF is a sample of the first 20 flights.
Can I use it offline?
Records are saved on the device first. Features using iCloud, remote requests or online data require a connection; in-person nearby signing can work without internet.
Can I use it on iPhone, iPad and Mac?
Yes. Logbook 365 is available for iPhone, iPad and Mac. Its interface adapts to each screen; continuous sync across devices is part of Pro.
Can I manage instructor signatures?
Yes. The app includes digital-signature workflows, remote requests and in-person signing via nearby connection or QR code. Digital signatures are a Pro feature.
