1. Choose an output
Open the export tool in the database area. Choose PDF for a formatted document, Excel for a spreadsheet, CSV for tabular data or JSON for structured data.
2. Choose a PDF template
For PDF, select a catalog template and an available variant. See Formats on this website. Template availability does not establish acceptance by a recipient.
3. Configure the scope
Review date filters and the options available for the selected output. Check paper, time notation and rows per page when offered.
4. Generate and save
Press the corresponding export button and save or share through your device. Confirm that you have the intended file rather than a screenshot.
5. Check before sharing
Open the result and compare period, flight count, times and pilot details. Verify recipient requirements for formal submissions. Use the backup feature as well to preserve data and attachments.
Demonstration example
To review one month of flights, choose the corresponding interval and export Excel or CSV. For a formatted document, also generate the selected PDF template and compare its totals with the data file.
Before you finish
- The interval contains the required flights.
- The file opens in the destination application.
- Totals match the original records.
- The recipient accepts the format and required signatures.
Frequently asked questions
Are Excel, CSV and PDF identical?
They are different outputs with columns and layouts determined by each exporter. Inspect the result; a flight export is not a full backup.
Are all formats and scopes free?
Availability and limits depend on the plan. Check Plans and the conditions shown by the app when exporting.
